Course Instructor, Past Present Future of Space Exploration
This course is currently being taught (Fall 2015), and is dedicated to giving a holisitic account of space exploration. We'll be covering everything from the first human interest in space and charting the stars, to our technological evolution and understanding of rocketry, as well as the politics and policies that have formed alongside it. We'll learn about the space race and the moon landing, the purpose of the international space station, the logistics of living in space, the viablility of a manned misison to mars, the difference between NASA and SpaceX, and ultimately speculate on the future of space exploration as a whole. Classes are held Tuesdays at 7:30pm in 131A Campbell Hall.
